The design and compact size make the PSF-100 ideal for interior doors. As standard, the PSF-100 is self-closing, with a closing delay and an opening angle of 150 degrees. The PSF-100 has no hold-open function and is therefore also suitable for 30 minutes Fire resistant doors. The PSF-100 has been tested according to DIN EN 1154, the European standard for long life and excellent functionality. 

Unlike traditional floor springs, it is not necessary to make a recess(es) in the floor. This makes the PSF-100 ideal for use in both new construction and renovation. The floor plate is easy to install on the finished floor. The floor plates can be adjusted both horizontally and vertically. By using the special designed floorplates, the PSF-100 is also suitable for floor heating.
